If the problem seems to be isolated to one person, first make sure they have your correct email address.
Vivid Image’s email service uses a spam filter. While spam filters are necessary and very beneficial, they can take a little extra time on your part – which we feel is definitely worth it!
Things to watch for that may be causing the issue:
- Ask the sender to put something in the ‘subject’ line, as an empty subject line can trigger spam filters.
- If the content of the email contains certain characters or words, it can create problems getting through spam filters. Avoid characters such as ‘$’ and words like ‘money’ and ‘free.’
- Custom email signatures can also get trapped by filters.
