The Pop-up boxes can be useful to grab viewer’s attention when they land on your website.
Adding Pop-Up to Your Website
In the Dashboard, select PopupMaker. From here you can either add a new pop-up or editing an existing pop-up. For this tutorial, we will be adding a new pop-up.
In the top tab options, select the “Add New Pop-Up” button.
Adding Content to Your Pop-up
When you create a new pop-up, you’ll see two title areas at the top of the page. One is REQUIRED and the other is OPTIONAL.
- The required field is the name of your pop-up for the back end of your website. If you were to click “All Popups” in the Dashboard menu, this is the title you’d see.
- The optional field will appear as the first heading in your pop-up box that viewers will see on the front-end of your website.
Next is the content that will appear in the pop-up. Add this like regular content on a post or a page. Be sure to keep it on the shorter side. We recommend a fun marketing message, what action you’d like them to take, and a button or link. You may also choose to add an image as well.
Once you’re done adding the content, you’ll need to set all the Popup Settings before you’re done. Click here to learn more on Popup Settings
